Yes, plus GST. Because these are direct bookings, there is no channel markup, no booking fee and no convenience fee added at checkout. Weekend rates are shown separately on each property page, and every add-on — an extra guest, a private room instead of a dorm bed, an airport pickup — is priced on the page before you ask for it.
It depends on the property, and each page says which. Homestays and the resort are sold per room. The hostels are sold per dorm bed, with private rooms listed as an add-on. The campsite is per person, meals included.
Each property lists its own window — typically 24 to 48 hours for the hostels and the city stay, and up to seven days for the homestays and the campsite, with a partial refund after that. You will see the exact terms before you pay, and weather cancellations at the campsite are refunded in full.
That is most of what we do. A coffee estate walk, a trek that leaves from camp, a heritage route through the old city, a surfboard for the morning — tell us what the stay should feel like and we will arrange it with the property before you arrive.
